Trying my hand at Evernote

Ok,I have had Evernote (EN) for a week and still have no idea what I am supposed to do with it.  Well today, I have bought the dummies book for kindle and going to read this to get a better grip of EN.  My ultimate goal, to be more organized.  My test subject will be our camping trips since I know we have a bazillion of them!  Plus with me interested in something else, FB can take a nap.

Anywho, today I discovered webclipping.  What a wonderful thing!  It is kind of like Pinterest but it records the entire page and you can add notes and tags.  I am pumped about learning how to use this.  Plus EN has a whole mess of different apps to store in one place.  It doesn't matter if you have Android or iPhone, it all connects the same!  NICE!  I am a recent convert to Android so trying to find all my info from my iTouch was a PITA!

Once I really get into EN, I can organize my thoughts for  my blog better as well with more content.  I know this is more for me but I would like to have more thoughtful insights on ideas, feelings, and..well EVERYTHING!

Ok jumping in with both feet and going to read.  Really should be doing some homework but, eh... whatever! :)

OK here's the poop on the Dermi today.  I saw Dr. Henderson and she is a resident at HF.  I went to see a dermi because of the previous post of my sores on my scalp.   She looked me over and was very concerned with the one I have on top of my scalp.  It's deep and she thought it could turn into a cancerous problem.  I did tell her that is where my previous dermi did the punch biopsy.  Dr. H brought in another dr for a second opinion and that doctor stated that if that wound wasn't closed up by stitches and I have lupus, the wound might not have closed up and healed properly.  So in essence, it made Dr. H feel better that it was the area of the punch biopsy.   So today, as I had a hunch, I was injected with cortisone.  That is something I never will forget but she was a lot better than my previous dermi.  She was gentle and gave me some breaks.  I had injections done to the side areas and my crater on top.  The cortisone ...

My head is going to explode!

Ah the life of a lupie!  So much fun! A few days ago, I left eye started to hurt and I thought it was just typical crappy weather problem.  That started Wednesday.  Long story short... it puffed out and I had a fever of 101. Not a pretty picture at all.  It was a lot worse than this.  Just hated  how I looked and felt, especially with the holidays coming around and the noise. Anywho, went to the family doctor today and she gave me antibiotics (augmentin) and boy those are HUGE pills!  Plus she recommended a saline flush so why not.  So now I'm home and just wanted to update my blog since I haven't in some time.  I have been writing in my journal of my own personal thoughts but I like to keep my medical stuff on here so I can refer back. Ok, I'm going to lay down and sleep this pain off.
