Interesting Game...

OK we didnt tailgate this time since our regular folks had other obligations. Anywho, with this game, we did see the new Zeke III and did very well! The game was poorly executed and was way too close. Everything was way off with the new quarterback Hoyer. Anywho, here are a few pictures from East Lansing.


This is the front of the stadium (duh) and the temperature was a lot chillier than the last two games. Thank goodness it was sunny and kept us warm! :)



Here is the camera man getting fans to put on tv. We were way up on top so if anyone was on tv, it would of been John cuz he is tall. The other picture is of Zeke III playing frisbee. Good Catch, Zeke!



Final score 17-13. MSU is now 3-0. John liked this bumper sticker. It is rather humerous. UM did win against Notre Dame 38-0 that night.

After the game, we visited his friends in Fenton. Their boy, Chandler, will be 1 on 9/26. Another September birthday! :) Happy 1st Chandler!!!

OK here's the poop on the Dermi today.  I saw Dr. Henderson and she is a resident at HF.  I went to see a dermi because of the previous post of my sores on my scalp.   She looked me over and was very concerned with the one I have on top of my scalp.  It's deep and she thought it could turn into a cancerous problem.  I did tell her that is where my previous dermi did the punch biopsy.  Dr. H brought in another dr for a second opinion and that doctor stated that if that wound wasn't closed up by stitches and I have lupus, the wound might not have closed up and healed properly.  So in essence, it made Dr. H feel better that it was the area of the punch biopsy.   So today, as I had a hunch, I was injected with cortisone.  That is something I never will forget but she was a lot better than my previous dermi.  She was gentle and gave me some breaks.  I had injections done to the side areas and my crater on top.  The cortisone ...

My head is going to explode!

Ah the life of a lupie!  So much fun! A few days ago, I left eye started to hurt and I thought it was just typical crappy weather problem.  That started Wednesday.  Long story short... it puffed out and I had a fever of 101. Not a pretty picture at all.  It was a lot worse than this.  Just hated  how I looked and felt, especially with the holidays coming around and the noise. Anywho, went to the family doctor today and she gave me antibiotics (augmentin) and boy those are HUGE pills!  Plus she recommended a saline flush so why not.  So now I'm home and just wanted to update my blog since I haven't in some time.  I have been writing in my journal of my own personal thoughts but I like to keep my medical stuff on here so I can refer back. Ok, I'm going to lay down and sleep this pain off.
