Thanks a lot for the help all have given me to update my blog. I don't get a chance to do neat things like this. I added a tack box to have folks just add comments relating to nothing or just to say howdy! I have to really get into this blogging after my attempt to be a part time photographer. Off the subject of coding... I saw (well a part) of this news program about the difference between drunk drivers and sleepy drivers. They had them run through a course first (sober or full night's rest) and they did "fine". Once they (the coordinators) got the subjects drunk or sleepy, they let them run the course again. They had one person in there for safety sake. Who's safety? I wouldn't want that job! :) Of course, both sets did horribly (personally I think the sleepies did a lot worse!) I guess in a round about way, it looked like it was a slow news weekend if they have time to do reports like this.

I ended up watching Phantom.

I seen that one..and now when i drive with da other half, and he picks up the phone while we are drivin i give him that look >:/. Cuz they are right..people tend not to pay attention when they drive when that phone is stuck to the side of their head. =/

ROFl omg isn't that the truth, like the people who drive with the phone held in one hand, a pda in the other and then driving with..Oh boy ..I really don't wanna know LoL

OK here's the poop on the Dermi today.  I saw Dr. Henderson and she is a resident at HF.  I went to see a dermi because of the previous post of my sores on my scalp.   She looked me over and was very concerned with the one I have on top of my scalp.  It's deep and she thought it could turn into a cancerous problem.  I did tell her that is where my previous dermi did the punch biopsy.  Dr. H brought in another dr for a second opinion and that doctor stated that if that wound wasn't closed up by stitches and I have lupus, the wound might not have closed up and healed properly.  So in essence, it made Dr. H feel better that it was the area of the punch biopsy.   So today, as I had a hunch, I was injected with cortisone.  That is something I never will forget but she was a lot better than my previous dermi.  She was gentle and gave me some breaks.  I had injections done to the side areas and my crater on top.  The cortisone ...

My head is going to explode!

Ah the life of a lupie!  So much fun! A few days ago, I left eye started to hurt and I thought it was just typical crappy weather problem.  That started Wednesday.  Long story short... it puffed out and I had a fever of 101. Not a pretty picture at all.  It was a lot worse than this.  Just hated  how I looked and felt, especially with the holidays coming around and the noise. Anywho, went to the family doctor today and she gave me antibiotics (augmentin) and boy those are HUGE pills!  Plus she recommended a saline flush so why not.  So now I'm home and just wanted to update my blog since I haven't in some time.  I have been writing in my journal of my own personal thoughts but I like to keep my medical stuff on here so I can refer back. Ok, I'm going to lay down and sleep this pain off.
